When your MyPortal account is set up by UPOU's tech support team, they may initially use your personal email address to do so if your UP email account has not been created. To configure MyPortal email notifications to be sent to your UP email address, you have two options:
- Contact techsupport@upou.edu.ph and request that they change the email address associated with your account; or
- Set up a filter and automatically forward emails from MyPortal to your UP email address.
