I have a concern related to the way a course is being taught; what should I do?

The FIC for your course has full authority and responsibility for the way that a class is taught.

  1. If you have concerns about the way a class is being taught, contact your FIC directly or use the system that your FIC has provided for asking for course-related support (e.g., posting your concern on a specific discussion forum). Provide a complete explanation of your case.
  2. If after having discussed the matter with your FIC your case is not resolved, only then should you bring up the matter with the program responsible for offering the course.
    • For all ASIT major courses, file a ticket on this site.
    • All other courses (i.e., GE, Common, and Mandated courses) managed by the Associate of Arts program offered by the Faculty of Education, contact the AA Program Chair (aa-program-chair@upou.edu.ph) if you have issues regarding these courses. Neither the ASIT Program Chair nor ASIT Support Staff can provide any support with courses offered by the Faculty of Education.
